- License assignment: Ensure all Copilot licenses are correctly provisioned.
- Custom Copilot development: Build Copilot extensions or Power Platform-based solutions tailored to business needs.
Adoption & Change Management
- Stakeholder engagement: Identify champions, user cohorts, and key business scenarios.
- Training & enablement: Deliver workshops, champion programs, and community engagement.
- Success measurement: Use dashboards, surveys, and feedback loops to track adoption and impact.
- Storytelling: Capture and share success stories to build momentum.
